Virtual Training 101: How to keep training with us online
On March 17, Traditional Okinawan Karate launched virtual classes to enable our students to keep training despite the global pandemic. Our five dojos came together and continue to adapt our practices to bring the best aspects of martial arts to your home: conditioning workouts, self-defense techniques and community connection.
How does it work?
Virtual Classes are run in a password-protected Zoom meeting room. The first time you log in, you may be prompted to download Zoom and create an account.
Our virtual class schedule:
Kids: Monday through Thursday – 5:30 pm, Saturday, 10 a.m.
Adults/Teens: Monday through Thursday – 5:30 pm, Saturday, 10 a.m.

Can I get my kata checked?
You can schedule a video chat through Zoom with an instructor
