YAWARA SEMINAR

THE TECHNIQUES AND KATA OF THE OKINAWAN FIST-LOAD WEAPON

On April 17, 2021 Mr. Maurey Levitz, the creator of Yawara Bo No Kata, will give an in-depth seminar.
Mr. Levitz is the world’s foremost expert on the yawara, a fist-load, self-defense weapon. The seminar will include detailed instruction on the form as well as bunkai (application) of techniques.
Students may attend the lesson in-person or virtually on Zoom.
