New Paltz Karate Day Camp 2024 for $350 (Early Registration)

This year New Paltz Karate Academy is offering 3 WEEKS of our annual Karate Day Camp!

*Thurs. June 27th – Wed. July 3rd*

Mon. July 15th – Fri. July 19th

Mon. August 5th – Fri. August 9th

                                 Ages 7 – 16 

New Paltz Karate’s summer day camp is a fun, active way to get your child outside and enrich their summer.

The $375 ($350 before 4/11) registration fee includes a t-shirt and over 30 hours of camp. Campers should be dropped off at 9:00 am, and picked up each day at 3:00 pm. The camp will be held at the Levitz Family home in Gardiner (126 Bruynswick Rd., New Paltz, NY, 12561).

Children will get to experience traditional martial arts training from qualified instructors (Beginners Welcome!). They will learn important self-defense skills and discover other unique aspects of Japanese language and culture.

Each week of camp will have different activities but each week will include:

• Japanese Calligraphy
• Dessert Sushi
• Special Japanese Cultural Craft
• Origami
• Japanese Snack of the Day
• Karate themed movie
• learn NEW karate every day

We have lots of outdoor space and activities including:

• 75 ft slip and slide
• large above ground pool
• Trampoline
• Playground

We are offering an early registration discount for those that register by Thursday, April 11th.

The regular registration deadline is Thursday, June 6th.

We are also offering multiple-week discounts and/or multiple sibling discounts (can be combined with the early registration discount). All discounts will be automatically applied at checkout.

Consent

I certify that my child has no medical or other condition that would prevent, impair or become exacerbated by lessons or practice of the prescribed course of instruction. I understand that strict observation of rules and regulations relating to training are necessary in order to prevent injury. I further understand that my child is responsible for any result occurring from his or her failure to comply with instructions, and is further responsible for refraining from possibly dangerous behavior or activities. I also understand that in the course of instruction, the Academy, through authorized personnel, may be engaged in conduct requiring physical contact. I give full consent to such contact as is required by training, as deemed necessary by the Academy. I hereby assume full responsibility for all injuries, damages, or loss that my child may sustain or incur pertaining to his/her study of martial arts and other camp activities, and I hereby waive all claims against the Academy, Mr. Levitz, and authorized personnel, individually or otherwise, for injuries that my child may sustain.
